Aveleda S.A. is committed to providing the Quinta d’Aguieira website in compliance with Decree-Law No. 83/2018 of 19 October, which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council, concerning the accessibility of websites and mobile applications.

This statement was updated on 2025-05-13.
According to Article 9 of Decree-Law No. 83/2018, entities must adopt the following monitoring procedures. Procedures A) and B) are mandatory. Procedure C) is recommended.

IV. Other Evidence

At the time of completing this Statement, Aveleda S.A. did not present any additional evidence or efforts to make its website compliant with the accessibility requirements of Decree-Law No. 83/2018 of 19 October.

V. Reporting Discriminatory Situations

According to Article 13(1) of Decree-Law No. 83/2018 of 19 October, whenever a person with a disability is treated less favourably than another person in a comparable situation, constituting discriminatory practice against people with disabilities as defined and penalised under Article 4 of Law No. 46/2006 of 28 August, that person may file a complaint under Decree-Law No. 34/2007 of 15 February.

The National Institute for Rehabilitation (INR, I.P.) provides a form for reporting discrimination situations, forwarding complaints to the competent authorities. Annually, the INR, I.P. publishes a report on the application of the law that prohibits and punishes discrimination on the grounds of disability and the existence of an increased health risk (Law No. 46/2006 of 28 August).
